I chose this shop because it appeared to have awesome customer service. It did not. When I realized the chains were too short for what I needed, I reached out to the owner. She recommended I keep those chains and buy some additional chains from her. Not what I consider customer service. She claimed that all items purchased from her shop can be refunded or exchanged. That was not the case.

WORST experience I’ve ever had ordering on Etsy. Scroll all the way down this shop’s reviews to see all the customers who had similar poor experiences. My order was indicated to have shipped on time, but never arrived. After tracking for several weeks, I reached out to the seller, who stated my order had actually never been shipped because an item I ordered was not in stock, as indicated on the listing. Why would a reputable seller not say something asap? The seller promised a refund for that item and a replacement to complete my order for expedited shipping, but told me to message again if I did not see any tracking updates in several days. Never got the refund and my purchase was never shipped. I had to open a case with Etsy after the seller stopped replying. Shame on Etsy for allowing this SCAM despite dozens of complaints!

I don’t want to make problems for a small business, but this is really remarkably poor customer service. I ordered this chain, it didn’t get sent on the original date, and I couldn’t get a clear answer about what was going on. I ended up asking for a refund when it still hadn’t been sent over a week after the original date, and she didn’t even acknowledge that request, just said she’d ship it as soon as she could. Another few days went by with no word, so I asked again, and she said there were supply chain issues and she would refund me and send a different chain to make good on it all. I chose another chain, which hasn’t been shipped even though I got a tracking number a week ago, and I had to remind her that she offered a refund for her to follow through. I know the season is hectic, etc, but this was ridiculous.

Purchased item was unavailable. Seller offered refund and another necklace from their shop. Another item was chosen. There's a tracking number but I believe it to be fake. Seller will not respond to my questions on the status. This was purchased approximately a month ago. I would steer clear of this seller altogether. I've opened a case with Etsy because no product, no refund and no response from the seller.
